Passionate about fostering a positive work environment and driving customer satisfaction, he has consistently contributed to revenue growth and improved hotel reviews through innovative strategies and a commitment to excellence.

After achieving excellence in leadership and innovation, he successfully navigated the start-up Sesta Terra Natural Resort through the challenging waters of the Covid-19 pandemic, delivering outstanding outcomes that not only sustained the business but also added significant and insightful value to the company’s long-term growth and resilience.

Beyond hospitality, he has a rich background in sports and international relations. As a former youth player for Sampdoria and an ambassador for Italian excellence during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he embodies the values of teamwork, personal growth, and healthy competition. His diverse experiences, including representing iconic Italian brands like 5 Terre Wine and Falcon Yachts in China, reflect his ability to bridge cultures and create meaningful connections.
